APPLICATION PROCESS

Please click here to apply directly on our website and one of our recruiters will be in touch shortly.

We staff many states on the East Coast including North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Pennsylvania. However, Vantage is always expanding! Contact us to see if we service your immediate area. If not, recommend a facility to us!

At Vantage Medical Staffing, we specialize in providing reliable, experienced CNAs, Med Techs, LPNs, and RNs with careers they love.

One of our recruiters will be reaching out to you soon to schedule an interview.

Vantage will never ask you to leave your current job! In fact, we prefer that you keep your full-time job and utilize our shifts to supplement your income. If you do choose to work for Vantage, our Staffing Specialists will work hard to ensure you work the hours/days you want to work.

The onboarding process will move as quickly as you would like it to. You will, however, have a maximum of 30 days to complete the onboarding process from start to finish. If you feel that you need more time, please contact your Vantage recruiter to request an extension on your deadline.

Have your referral apply on our website. Then, follow up with your recruiter to let them know you referred a friend so that you get the credit when they start working!

BACKOFFICE PORTAL

As one of our team members, you will have access to our back-office portal. In the portal, you will be able to store all of your credentials, keep track of expiration dates, pick up shifts, communicate with your Staffing Specialist, and more.

By keeping your availability calendar updated in the app, we can easily tell which days you are available. This also ensures we do not reach out to you on days you are not available.

We understand that emergencies come up and sickness happens, but since we are in the business of caring for people, it is very important that we’re notified immediately. HCP’s who are sick or have an emergency must notify our office as soon as possible so we can find a replacement. In the case of an illness, a doctor’s note is required to be sent to our office so we can be accountable to the facilities we staff.

Yes, you can choose any facility you would like to work at! Our app allows you to see shifts up to 100 miles of all facilities, or at facilities, you have marked as preferred.

TIMESHEETS

Timesheets are filled out electronically inside of the app.  Should you have questions on this process, please reach out to your Staffing Specialist.

Timesheets need to be submitted each week by 3 pm on Sunday, to be paid by Friday (for the previous week of Sunday-Saturday). It is recommended that you submit your timesheet immediately after your shift.

If you submit your timesheet after the deadline (3 pm on Sunday), your payroll may be delayed until the following pay period.

All of your shifts worked must be submitted electronically through the app.  If there is an unforeseen circumstance and you are not able to fill out an electronic timesheet, you must have a supervisor sign off on your hours worked on paper.  Failure to have a supervisor sign off on your hours could result in not receiving payment.

Under the rare circumstance where you have issues submitting your timesheet, please email your time to: krysten@vantagemedicalstaffing.com

PAYROLL

Our pay rates can differ between each facility.  When you are picking up shifts in the app, you will see how much the pay is for the shift. Any additional pay or differentials will be included in the pay rate if applicable.

All Vantage Healthcare Professionals are 1099 independent contractors. We do not take taxes out of your paycheck.

Our pay periods are Sunday to Saturday, and you get paid every Friday for the previous week.

Your paystub will be emailed to you every Thursday.  If you need a copy of a paystub, please send an email to our accounting team at: accounting@vantagemedicalstaffing.com

Yes, anything over 40 hours is considered OT. If you are wanting OT, we do ask that you stay at one facility.
