A Message from Our CEO, Joe Zarembski

“I wanted to create opportunities for healthcare providers to make someone’s bad day a little better.”

I have always had a drive and desire to help and serve those around me. This passion drew me to the medical field over 13 years ago. For several years, I served as a registered nurse, before advancing my career as a nurse practitioner. I have always considered it a privilege to be able to help someone during their time of need.

Why I started Vantage Medical Staffing…
Being on the frontlines, I have seen first-hand the need for high-quality, reliable, motivated, hardworking staff, especially when open shifts need to be filled. Having excellent providers can be an absolute game-changer at a facility. It can also have a positive effect on the care and experience residents and families receive.

Our goal at Vantage is to ensure residents and families at your facility feel valued and cared for in the best way possible. And we believe this starts with us. We put a strong focus on making sure our staff feels valued and a part of the Vantage team. This way, when they reach your facility, you can have confidence knowing you are receiving integral, compassionate, and quality staff and care.
